Incorporated in 2001 and registered as a charitable foundation with the Canadian Customs and Revenue Agency, the Foundation is virtually entirely volunteer driven. It is led by a 9 member Board of Directors, representing both Canada and the United States, with extensive business backgrounds in the areas of real estate, the automotive industry, banking, tourism and law.
